Testing Services
Oscillators have a variety of electrical and environmental parameters that can greatly impact the oscillators performance in the application. Oscillator manufacturers test some of these parameters on 100% of the parts produced and others are "designed to meet". In either case subtle differences between manufacturing test environment and application conditions can cause vast performance differences which may cause a host of system level problems. The technical team at Esterline Research and Design have been testing oscillators in manufacturing and application environments for decades and are intimately familiar with the problems that can be encountered. We offer a wide variety of electrical and environmental testing services. Custom tests can be defined based on application specific needs. Common tests performed are as follows:
