The function of a Distribution Amplifier is to create multiple copies of a signal and distribute it to multiple usage points while minimally degrading its integrity. Distribution amplifiers are suited to a variety of purposes, such as automated test systems or engineering test benches, where equipment requiring a low noise RF signal is often employed.
