Part Assembly Fixtures:

Part assembly fixtures are essential in the assembly of complex electronics as they provide precise alignment and secure positioning for various components. By holding the parts in place during soldering or other assembly processes, fixtures enhance product quality, streamline production, and enable easier troubleshooting and maintenance.

Multi-part assemblies:

Some 3D-printed fixtures are best constructed using multiple separate pieces assembled into whole. This approach enables fixtures to accommodate larger build sizes and configurations while retaining the same benefits of a one-piece fixture. The modular nature of these fixtures makes them flexible, allowing the potential for designs swappable pieces.

This fixture is comprised of 20 individual pieces fastened together with machine screws.

The number of pieces does not hinder our tight alignment precision.
